Why it started
Dr. Harish grew up when family values and cohesion were maintained — "The Golden Years." As those values changed, patients needed someone to be their Project Manager for healthcare, which became the founding motivation for TGF.
Dr. Harish has multiple offices in Bangalore and retirement / assisted living facilities outside the city.
Approach: a paradigm shift from Sick Care to Health Care — preserving health rather than only treating illness once it occurs.
Goal: by 2025, adopt 1 Million Elderly and 1 Lakh single parents with children across the country as TGF members.
Meet the team
Founder, Chairman & Managing Director
Trustee and Technical Director of Sharavathi Dental College, Shivamogga. Academic credentials beyond medicine include civil drawing, real estate management and accounting. Schooled at The Valley School (Jiddu Krishnamurti Foundation), PU at National Institutions (Basavanagudi, Bangalore), graduated KIMS — Class of 1991. Proposed the concept of Fusion Medicine.
VP Global Operations
Background in international business, marketing, online education and technology. Author of multiple books and articles on eldercare. Has owned multiple businesses and spent significant time in India; an evangelist for affordable global healthcare.
Mentor-in-Chief
Seasoned physician, administrator and philanthropist with 20+ years of experience in the US. Holds an M.D. in General Medicine and an M.B.A. in Strategy Management. Provides medical guidance, administration strategy and mentorship to the foundation team.
Special Advisor
Rural medical practitioner and family physician. Collaborated with NGOs on medical camps, specialist consultations and economic treatment for the needy. Special interest in Women Self-Help Groups and employment opportunities. Oversees the Geriatric and Life Program divisions.
