Eligibility

LIFE Center Eligibility Criteria

Existing mid-size hospital or mid-to-large nursing home with minimum 6,000 sq. ft. available for Med-spa, Wellness Café, Elders Enrichment Center and a couple of consultation chambers.

In-house laboratory, pharmacy and diagnostic machinery are also required.

Expansion strategy — Aggregator Model

The Basic LIFE Center Unit

  • All eligible nursing homes, small hospitals and wellness centers empanelled as part of the Medical Ombudsman Programme (MOP)
  • Company-owned or franchised Wellness Café as the basic unit
  • Doctor's clinic
  • Nursing station
  • Small attached laboratory and pharmacy
  • Nearby fully equipped Ayurvedic spa with an in-house Vaidya
  • Adjoining small-to-medium nursing home functioning as the LIFE center

Competitive positioning

Why the Model Works

Corporate hospital competition is countered by TGF's unique Medical Ombudsman Programme. The growing population base and limited number of doctors creates strong market opportunity.

Local community doctors are made part of MOP with a 'minimum guaranteed sum' and support, ensuring additional revenue avenues and loyalty to the programme through a guaranteed patient base and a combined Pan-India marketing plan.

Partner with DOCSAB

Entrepreneur partners are invited for hospital aggregation and empanelment of doctors; franchisees are welcome for TGF Mediplex wellness centres.
